life is good... ain't it so?
Hello good people
I'll start by saying that I worked out and I though I had digested already my food, and well I did not as I felt uneasy. I worked for 30 minutes then left for home where the pain just got to a level almost not tolerable. after an hour the pain lowered a bit, but it still hurts bad. I took some tylenol in a hope to decrease it a bit.
If any of you have any experience I beg you to share it

I had random stomach pains that would lay me out for a hour or 2 at a time for a few years. never did figure out what it was, but changed my diet and have not had them for awhile. hope it helps. i do feel your pain
Now Now, I took Tylenol and It knocked me like a baby, I woke up six hours latter and the pain s pretty much gone, I'm definely changing my die to something better. thank you
not sure what this has to do with the journal though......
Well the pain is gone now. I feel something still, I'll check it out in the day.
If the pain is on the lower right and it becomes severe (like scream and pass out severe) that would be a qualifier for appendicitis which is a life threatening medical emergency. If the pain is anywhere else, or isn't very bad, or it doesn't hurt any worse when you poke the area, I would give that a pass. It's extremely remote anyway.
It's been six hours and the pain has faded, it was around the liver area or like the lower lungs I can only describe it as something in the top of the stomach, and it was quite bad almost like for me to groan and wanted to roll on the floor. The workout I did was mere cardio, this is the first time it happens after doing.
I suppose its like you said, It's been a while since I exercised
Also, does it feel unconfortable to lay on your back for a period of time? Does your stomach and chest feel slightly warmer than usual?
