Variation B 2000 pixel x 1500 pixel with 300dpi will be 60$
and realism badges are around 1200x900 pixel with 300dpi and will be 40$ (I don't really have a example for badges but the size shown here http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8562842/ is ca. the size of them )
You can print and even enlarge them with that dpi-rate quite a bit without loosing quality :)
