Fall Out 3 Game of The Year Edition

So I just bought this game for $6.00 through the 66% off sale that Steam had going for that day only. I gotta admit, it's way better for the PC than it is for console. Faster loading, more fluid, better updates, and you can mod the hell out of it and not get in trouble for it!
So I had made my way over to Tenpenny Tower, but when I got inside I was approached by this lady who accused me of asking around for an android and pretty much said "STOP ASKING ABOUT THE ANDROID! BASBGOUARSENOGTAWE! HUMAN RIGHTS! HAOUGHOSNGROSDHJDN!!!111" I told her I had no idea what she was talking about and she said "THAT DOESN'T GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO HUNT HIM DOWN LIKE AN ANIMAL!....HERE! IT'S DANGEROUS TO GO ALONE! TAKE THIS PIECE OF THE ANDROID AND GIVE IT TO A GUY IN A TOWN YOU'VE NEVER HEARD OF!...then you can join us! Have an awesome day!" She then strolls out as if nothing had happened and I'm left there wondering if I should stuff this "android part" in my safe for later or seek out this fabled city she told me about.
So far, everyone I've met on Fall Out 3 is either a douchebag, dumb ass hell, or stuck up......except for the Ghouls, they actually seem to know what they're doing.
On a side note...Moira some how left Fall Out 3 and transformed into a Hagraven in Skyrim. THERE'S A HAGRAVEN IN SKYRIM NAMED MOIRA! I SHIT YOU NOT!
