I remember when I was 27.
My body was a physical and medical wreak.
I weighed 270lbs and had heart and kindney issues.
Now at age 30, all my medical issues are under control and I've lost weight.
Down to 205lbs and resuming my weightlifting activities.

Enough about me,

My body was a wreak cuz I had a stroke the year before and had to go on a medication that made me eat, A LOT. I was forced to quit my weightlifting due to this medication.

I was very thankful that I was still alive at 27.

You appreciate life alot more then i do with those close calls .... esoecially since i heard a heart attack in younger people is more violent then older.
