insomnia is killing me

Yeah ... as title said ... lack of updates ... is due to me being in total weird sleep rounds .. i fall asleep while i draw ... which makes it hard ...to draw ..or color ... :P when your 5 seconds awake and 5 seconds asleep ... O.o cauz .. i get to sleep then after 3 hours of sleep i suddenly wake up i dunno why ...then it takes me 4 hours to fall back asleep ... then i get like one more hour at best ... making ..4 hours of really weird unfufilling constantly interrupted sleep too O.o ... so when it comes my time to doodle the only time i have to do so ... something about the computer screen ... just makes me fall asleep while drawing. And if i do go to sleep then ... i barely sleep an hour before i wake up again and can't fall asleep for even longer ... Its very fun .. i love staring at my ceiling ... just ... so fun. But i got stuff to do! .. i got good stuff i'm on finish for both here and HB too later this month. Hopefully ... i can regain my internal rythm right cauz i blame the changing season right now and lighting phases. Its like my head is going a mile a minute shooting ideas and thoughts about random things ... like 20 people are talking to me at the same time ..and i see red in my eyelids and its just ... no

Dood. Sleeping pills?
I bet you've already tried things like some tea to calm yourself down or some sleeping pills or things like that :/ *sighs and flattens the ears* I hope that this will work out very soon, since this just causes you trouble and I hate it when nice people like you suffer :( *looks to the ground* I wish you the best of lick that it's only the changing season and that it will be better again :3 *gives you a very warm smile and tilts the head*
One thing that'll help from a doctor point of view, is to keep a log of when you sleep and when you wake up, and even the things you've tried to do to fall asleep. If you don't want to try taking a sleeping pill before you go to sleep, you can get melatonin over the counter from your pharmacy. It's really cheap and I've used it before and it really helped me a lot. Melatonin helps to quiet down racing thoughts your brain may be having which could be preventing you from sleeping. Coincidentally, it also helps with anxiety as a result.
It sounds at this point though that your circadian rhythm has been thrown off. Were you staying up later for a while prior to when you started to notice your irregular sleep patterns?
Anyways, I hope there's something in there that helps you out. I've been there before, so I know what it was like and how it affected me, so I can relate.
Good luck!
Take it from me, if you've got ideas or something, write them down or log them somehow, then hit the sack. In the long run (which isn't that long), more sleep will be better for you than you might realize.
Sweet dreams.

Read up for your self, of course and see if it's for you.
Order the 5mg bottle from the net and take 2 and you will get a great night sleep.
very perfect XP
(forgive me i got the flu and feeling pervy :P)
Now a few weeks later I'm sleeping better and offten don't need to use the pills.
So I hope you get over it soon
