it looks like it has only just been wined and it was laying flat beside the road but had not been hit.

hmm i guess but maybe take to a vet just in case

cant take it to the vet your not suppose to have them. as far as i can tell with his condition right now, i would say he was about to starve to death. he has a wobble when he walks but it is not hurting him, so i think it is an old injury when he was very small and it is keeping him from finding food where his mother has stoped feeding him.
