I don't know the official term for it is. I call it the luciferian hammer and anvil.
How many of you have ever seen it anyway? I have, a lot.
One group of demons cause the problem, the other rushes in to fix it an is your friend.
Its simple economics really. (in concept) (actually I'm a little worried I just plagerized a comic strip by a man named Jace.
