This doesn't mean to just change your battle.net password. This means you have to change the password on every other service where you used the same password on.
You should also change the security question and answer on every service where you used it on.

Quite obviously.. although if you find where to find the option to change the security question... let me know since Blizzard is making it difficult to find those options. Either way they will be sending an E-Mail to everyone with a link to change those options.
