I figured since I posted this on DA I might as well post it here too to see if I can get any help.

I am having a lot of trouble with my lineart when I work with digital stuff. I have a tablet and I use photoshop elements, which is either really crappy for lines or I'm just dumb.
I need some tutorials or some good programs to use. What do you use?
