I'm always thinking on-and-off-again about self-publishing a printed book of my work. Every couple of years, I look up the various options, and I have to say, I have never found any service that looks acceptable to me. The prices are vague, the instructions are spotty at best, the size/paper/cover choices are limited. I don't get it. What am I missing?
