Trust me Has, you're popular. Not in a bad way either . I know the feeling though. In high school, I was the guy who didn't drink, smoke, party, anything. And I worked every day. Needless to say, I was only 'popular' when someone needed some work done in their car or wanted a deal on food (worked in a restaurant).

But in the end, I've seen that being popular is overrated. Sure, it's nice to be noticed and recognized, but at the same time, it's nice to be able to live your life and not have a peanut gallery following you around.

You interact with a lot more people on FA than I do, you're watched by roughly six times as many people as I am, have a crapload of images in your gallery - I doubt all of them are commissions, certainly there are at least a few GIFTS there - yet you complain and whine about being unpopular?

alright, I did say all comments are welcome. We all get those bad times in life when we think we aren't popular or noticed, yet it does not help to hear someone call the one feeling down pathetic. You are the people I avoid these days, selfish and rude people who don't help at all except just make other feel worse.

Like I said, there are a lot of people in the fandom who will probably never be as popular as you, but do they complain? No. They make the best out of the situation and often make do with what they have.

There are more important things to worry about than being unpopular on the internet.

Well I have to ask. what else are you doing with your life at this point? Since I think that the feeling of unpopularity is coming from the simple fact that you're meditating on it and comparing yourself to someone who has spent their whole lives focusing on nothing but their popularity. My advice, if you're feeling unpopular, do more to give yourself a higher profile.

Secondly I think you're unpopular around here because of one special reason. You aren't a mindless drone focusing only on yiff, you try and create something more than hollow experiences that distract folks from their ultimately empty and meaningless lives. You're a writer, one of the hopes and dreams of culture but we have the unfortunate burden of living in states where the ability to read and write has been thoroughly taken for granted. Where knowledge is something trivial instead of something that applies to your daily life and should be thanked.

Popularity is so over reated, my friend. You shouldn't want to be popular, because popularity never lasts, unless you give the mass that made you popular what they want to keep them around. If you try to be yourself when popular. It's not what the masses want or demand, so you lose all those you think are "Friends" and aren't popular anymore. You're nothing then. Popularity is just like a drug. A drug to ones ego. It can change someone that was nice, kind and helpful. Into a comeplete elitist asshole. Turning them into something they once hated.

I don't know, the more popular someone here becomes, the more 'weirder' he or she gets in my oppinion.

As a matter of fact, people only run after the popular people, the big artists and the mass comissoners. I think I'm happy its like that otherwise one of use migth have to deal with more annoying people, and that people jsut come if they want something from you, well that so normal..... when comes one to you because of you and not something else? almost never if at all.

Oh my friend, you are popular. You have always been so. One don't need others to tell you are popular, on only need to look around oneself and see how popular you are. You do have friends and folks that care for you. You have a mate that love you and you can bet he things you are very popular in his book. One don't need to have one's name on everyone's lips to be popular. One don't need to have folks just about breaking their necks to take pictures of you? Or be in big demand. On only need to be loved, and as you can tell you are loved by many.
