Hello Everyone!
It has been 5 months since my last journal telling everyone I had been published.
It has been a long 5 months but the day is finally here. My press release is still being finalized, they are making me a Video Trailer for the book to be submitted to Youtube but it isn't finished yet. But the book is now available on both Amazon.com and Barnesandnoble.com. Here are the links!
Amazon
http://www.amazon.com/Blade-Dark-Eb.....+of+dark+ebony
Barnes and Noble
http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/a-b.....=9781618979452
The book is also available on my publisher website, you can get there by clicking the image on my website (www.stephen-prange.com) but they only ship by UPS registered mail so it costs $8.50 for a single book. Cheaper by Amazon and Barnesandnoble :P
The book is not available in bookstores yet, but it will be! Just waiting for the press release to be sent out. The book is also going into foreign Book Fairs in the next year. China, Germany, Taiwan, India, Mexico and England. Hopefully they are intrigued and would like to read about it.
So, what is the book about? Well, it is the first book in a series. Right now the planned number of books in the series is 11. I have written the first 7 already and am starting 8. This is book 1 just getting released now :P Took me a while to get published, but I spent that time continuing to write, continuing to develop the story. That was important because the first 8 books all happen at the same time. They follow the 4 main characters. Books 1 and 2 will be Ebon's story. Then books 3 and 4 follow next character, 5 and 6 the next character and 7 and 8 the last. They all happen at the same time but overlap and come together. 4 different sides to a story, but they are completely different stories with completely different parts and characters. So it isn't the same story being told 4 times, just different sides to them.
Anyway, here is the description for the Book 1!
A Blade of Dark Ebony is a consuming fantasy drama set in medieval times. It tells of a young man’s coming of age, love, courage, determination and destiny.
Luc Shattar was perhaps the greatest swordsman in the history of the nation of Trist, yet he is also a humble man. Turning down glory, accolades and a high position at court, he moves his family from the capital city to the warrior city of Vulhalla. There he enrolls his son, Ebon, in the famous military academy that trains children from a very young age to be great warriors for their country.
Luc’s military exploits helped win 20 years of peace, but now war clouds are gathering on the horizon. Luc knows the horrors of war, but young Ebon and his friends anxiously await their graduation day, at which time they will join the army of Trist for what they believe will be the greatest battle in history.
Ebon’s name, which means darkness, was chosen because there is a dark mystery surrounding his early life. Unaware of this, Ebon lives life fully until events overtake him and his life takes sudden and twisting turns.
As Ebon trains to be a great swordsman like his father, he is also confronted with the mystery of his past, which is tied to a gift from his father, A Blade of Dark Ebony.
I really hope people like these books. I have worked really hard on making a good story :)
Thank you for reading this! Thank you for watches!

**UPDATE**
I just realized I didn't give links out for the rest of the world :) Thanks to
Skunkishblue for telling me about the UK page.
UK
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Blade-Dark-.....191&sr=8-1
For Australian - There is not an amazon.au yet I believe. The best bet would be the publisher website, although shipping is still big. A friend of mine in Melbourne ordered the book through my publisher site with no problems. The links is:

I am not sure about the costs for shipping from places like Amazon or Barnesandnoble, or if they have UK exclusive sites.
If anyone asks the question I now have a website to send them to.
Thank you for the interest in the book too :) I hope you like it! Also, I hope one day I get to go on a book tour in the UK and sign it for you :P
There will be Kindle, Nook and every other E-book format available.
They are doing the conversions right now and I will make another Journal when the E-book versions are complete.
I was told a turnaround of 1-2 weeks for the conversion. It was started on the weekend.
