Aussie Furry Ski Weekend tomorrow!! plus updates!

This month has been full on flat out!!
Updated from last journal, Crazy made interservice snowboarding team and I went down to cheer on/watch/ take photos!
Some sad news before I left though... One of my girls (chickens) had to be put down ;______; I went to feed them in the morning and there was blood through the pen, I though they had a peck off.. but no, it was Charlie's back side. I quickly got a box and wrapped her up, gave her lots of hugs and took her to the vet. Her condition was so bad that they suggested the best thing for her was to be put to sleep. They arn't sure what caused it, but it may have been a tumor forcing her insides..out. I cried.. ALOT.. i was devestated. I had to say good bye again and go home and ring crazy.
He told me to bring her home to burry her with Arnie. So I rang up BC to see if he could help with tools. I am very grateful he and spence came to help me.. I don't know if i could have done it all my self.. and I thank them too for all the hugs too! Love to Charlie.. will miss you so much! ;__;
On to some better stuff!
had to rego TWO cars last week.. very money consuming.. only lucky that crazy got his tax return in time for it! X"D Both cars passed with out a problem! (especially after we worked our butts off putting in the engine for one of them and trying to get it going only the weekend before!!) one of which is the 4x4 we'll be taking to the ski weekend!!... SEGWAY!! X"D
Aussie Furry Ski weekend is tomorrow!! Crazy and I made this meet up to encourage furs to go to the snow and enjoy its AWESOME! The last two years we went in low season, to keep the costs down. But we lacked in any GOOD snow.. max we had last year was 12cm! gyah! (and only 2 other people came along)
This year, we changed it to be during peak season! for MAX SNOW ACTION! (and more furs too!!)
And the last few weeks have been snowing more than it has in 10years! So far I think the base is almost 170cm!! EPIC!!
Unfortunately.. its forcast to snow while we are there, rather than be sunny.. BUT.. it's still loads of fun anyways! (just more damp)
We'll be heading down tomorrow morning to start picking up people at skitube in the arvo to take them to Thredbo! then we'll have 2 days of snowy fun and then home again sunday morning!
Will have pictures and video footage in the future!! (video editing will start when my work load is much less! and spare a few hours a day on them) But.. it'll happen one day! X'3
Which brings me to commissions! Got a good bunch of commissions keeping me very busy lately! Totalling to 7! Most due for Midfur, but a couple due before hand! Been working very hard on each one to get them to be ALL ready well before time!
I am still taking commissions of course! if anyone is interested, please send a note! =)
Thats enough news for now... its time to get the fur out and scissors cutting!! =D

Snow trip tomorrow!
Ha yes! So excited!
I don't mind the forecast of snow. At least that ensures that there will be plenty of coverage. Not that it should be a problem anyway with the huge amount already on the ground down there. I've got goggles and balaclava packed to protect me from the elements if it decides to snow really hard, and sunnies and beanie in cas it turns out sunny after all.
