So things have been going pretty well at work, lately, aside from a couple things that have come up. The most exciting right now is that I've gotten the opportunity to exercise the meaning of my new position! Training someone!

I've had my first trainee since i became a trainer ^.^ I got to train a new girl on the pizza station for 3 days, teaching her all of what she needs to know about pizza station. I was told that i was the only trainer our assistant manager trusted with the task of training her. Needless to say that made me feel pretty good about my performance at work!

Training her, i wasn't as nervous, nor was it as difficult, because i already knew the girl as it turned out. She's a friend and former coworker of my roommate who used to work at Gamestop! I did have a lot of fun training her and she seems to be well on her way. Hopefully she makes me proud since she has her first shift by herself this weekend *fingers crossed* I do have full faith in my trainee and my training abilities. (plus i'll be stopping by the store to check up on her, just in case things get crazy).

I shall post up another journal elaborating on the things that have come up at work. It involves a coworker and i being victims of harassment. (unbelievable, i know right?) But for now i'm gonna get to bed. been working a lot recently, making up hours before weekend of MFM. Take care all! Sparkle lion out!
