So is this comment limit thing to prevent spam, or some sort of way to reduce usage?
Cause it's frustrating not being able to respond to submission comments, I mean, I don't want to be on FA all day.

Yep, maybe in 5 years they can work out a way to have the spam limit not apply on your own page/submissions/journals [crazy idea, I know.]

The comment limit where you have to wait a bit before you can respond? I've been hearing about, and I feel kinda bad for users who want to respond to all the comments they get.
