Apple, the latest in megacorporations with shitty products and a determination to stifle creativity and innovation in the tech world just scored a victory that will help them in their cause:

I'm sure there'll be an appeal. This will probably go straight to the SCOTUS in a few years.
Meanwhile, Google is taking up arms against Apple as well, and I hope they have better luck than Samsung did in this rigged trial less than 10 miles from Apple's HQ (biased jury anyone?).
In the meantime, I'll continue doing what I've done for years. Boycotting the corrupt and evil megacorp that is Apple. I own ONE Apple product, and that's an old old OLD 40gb iPod that I regret buying (it's never worked correctly, I literally have to beat it to get it to work).
I urge everyone to do the same. Don't buy into Apple's bullshit. Don't use the iTunes store. Don't buy an iPad, iPod or other i-Shit they try to peddle to you.
