That IS weird. I'll look into that cause I want more players to play with damnit! I'll try to figure out how to fix that.

Apparently it's due to Steam running out of keys for the game so they have to wait until enough people send in report requests and then they'll try and get new keys and then you have to hope you get one of those.

You would think their system would be set up to generate new keys BEFORE they ran out rather than afterwards.
