I will not bow
I will not break
I will shut the world away
I will not fall
I will not fade
I will take your breath away Alright, so... I failed at the schedule thing. All symptoms point to me being highly nocturnal. BUT, I lost my weight during daylight hours so I'm going to get back to it. Somehow.
Healthy Stuffs:
I managed to eat kinda light today.
1 bowl of ravioli.
4 cups of Chex Mix.
Still need to work on calories though. And now for working out.
6 miles on the bike at resistance 6.
I may not be beating the habit of sleeping in, but I will not be losing my momentum of weight loss! I did not come this far to pick it all back up. Starvation before... in... flation?
Iunno. Wish me luck on restarting my cycle.
Coffee here I come.

Trimming diet and adjusting sleep together is very hard. Do one quickly and one slowly, if possible.
