Can you do it with this kind of info:

Head - Smallish but bigger then original Mewtwo and my own human head, unless I morphed into a Mewtwo myself then her head is smaller then my Mewtwo head...

Body - More anthro, bigger then Mew's shape but smaller then original Mewtwo, does not have huge part where belly and tail connect, it's actually more slender(man)...

Arms - Muscly, for a female, not too crazy, but it's there...joints are more then a double joint, but not quite a triple joint, flexible - yes, crazy flexible - no...

Legs - Same as arms, but is more of a jumper...like Hulk...then a flyer, she can still hover though...

Hands - Human/Mewtwo mix, smaller balls at ends and basic 4 finger 1 thumb human style...

Feet - Still like Mewtwo but 1 extra toe and a little more spacing...
