I'm getting there slowly but surely. Past months been a bit of a challenge for me mostly emotionally, it's felt it was going up and down like a roller coaster. Decided it was best to seek some help and feel its paying off. Just to be able to talk to somebody about work stresses and what's been going on and feel that weight off my chest made me feel much better.

Still feel bit under the weather like but I feel more in control of it. I feel my outlook on things are much clearer, not getting those anxiety attacks in the morning or late at night.

Looking forward to next year hoping to do a bit of travel for myself.
