Or should I say WoW!?
Okay, I've had a WoW retail account for about a month now. I must say, it's a really addicting game, even if I could only get like, one frame per second in the busier / more graphic intensive places.
Tax returns and economic stimulus packages to the rescue! My tax return was about $500-something and I got the full $600 for my economic stimulus package. And what better thing to use it for than to stimulate the tech industry!
So I bought $1,200 in computer parts and built my own PC. All from Newegg.

I absolutely love this system. 15-30 frames per second in Second Life (which I only played for the first time last night because my previous computer wouldn't even start it). 60 Frames per second on World of Warcraft. On Maximum graphical settings! In the middle of friggin' Orgrimmar!
You have no idea what it feels like to go from 1 frame per second to 60. It's amazing.
I'll probably take a picture of it and upload it soon. I got a nice looking case.

On a side note, in the case I don't get your badge mailed back to me soon enough, I'm happy enough to start a new one for ya, or have it changed to a pic, whichever you prefer. :)
Soon enough? There's no time limit, and therefore no rush! If you can't get it back, a picture will do. I don't mind waiting.
I am planning to go to MFF again this year, so if Lily is going to be going too she could always give it to me if she sees me.
It's definately a win-win. :) But I'll start to get to work on it as soon as I can, probably tomorrow.
