Space: The Final Frontier
What has happened to our explorer mentality?
Space is a vast unexplored frontier that we have left behind. Why is that?
We made more strives to get into outer space when we first set focus in the 1960's. Now it has staled to the point where the USA has not had a manned rocket launch for our own soil in years. Shouldn't we be actively trying to get out to space? The furthest a human being had been in outer space is the Moon. All of the space organizations have stopped with trying to get people out past the Moon. What are we afraid of? Losing lives? We have lost more lives to war since the first man into space than space travel it self. The explorers centuries ago were not afraid enough to lose their lives. They constantly went out in to our world to seek riches, fame, glory, peace and many other reasons. What has stopped us from doing the same? Money? Well that is a lame excuse. The space industry could be revamped to where jobs could be created and money could be there through taxes, consumer goods, travel destinations and space craft to travel to those destinations. We should not give up or stop dreaming. We should keep moving forward and make strives to continue to explore outer space.
