Okay, I've been thinking.
There are a lot of good artists on FA, and bad artists, but no one is giving any critical reviews.
Time for some hell.
An art site like this should have a much better reviewing system, and "I came" certainly doesn't count, so from now on I'll work harder to critically review artists and writers. For your benefit, of course.
So artists like Blotch, Nek0gami, and Adam Wan...
I'm coming for YOU.

That's about all the support you'll get, though - when you start casting a critical eye towards art, expect the borderline ad-hominem "Well what do YOU know? YOU don't draw!" be thrown around a lot, as if your own lack of drawing somehow makes you any less correct.
Believe me, I've been down this road before. Furries just can't handle criticism without freaking out, sad to say.
I've also been down this road before, and it hurts.
Good thing I'm a sub. I love the artist and the writer that I faved, but neither of them are getting any better, and it would totally rock if nek0gami and Scarwing got to "GOD" level. But they're not going to get there with nice, happy-go-lucky "good-job-again" comments.
And the last time I did this, it wasn't even with furries, so I'm buckling in and putting on my safety helmet, 'cause this is gonna be one bitch of a ride.
On a brighter note, thanks. Everytime some artist starts getting up in my face and I feel like crap, I can just look back at this post. And you're right, you don't need to draw to know what's wrong in other's art.
So, signing off, thanks for the help.
