Although my deep personal opinions about homosexuality are... complicated to say the least, these guidelines are hilariously ridiculous. I mean, if I had a muscular body I'd buy a vneck shirt and show it off. Like they say, if you got it, flaunt it.
Also, your child might be gay if he's attracted to other men... if you know he was attracted to men then you don't NEED any other hints. And also, does a camera bag count as a 'big handbag'?

But yah, I promise if you look at any country for long enough you will find something outrageously silly and stupid from their government. Heck, you can find something just as stupid daily in Florida.
