Howdy y'all,
I'm sorry, but currently my PC might has some hard disk problem, so I can't really do any digital drawing. However my sister is back with my laptop (for a few days), I will see what can I do with it.
Like, how long does it take to disk cleanup freaking 400GB? I let my PC on for hours and hours...

You should try to take care of your disk a bit more
A) how many files you have;
B) how old your computer is
Sometimes, it takes older computers longer to do Disk Cleanups or even System Scans. Whatever the issue is, hope it'll be sorted very soon! :o
The former could easily take hours, the latter will take days to do properly. Also, the first step with the latter is to stop using the drive at all until you are ready to do a proper recovery, (the most reliable way to make a failing hard drive worse is to use it and repair attempts are going to involve fairly intensive use).
