Opening Floating, Bubble-Background Commissions

I am opening these commissions because my surgery for my hernia is on Friday 21 September and though I am insured under my mother's name, I want to help her out with easing the burden of the hospital bill and any little extra money I can get will be going towards to paying that.
I will be making commissions like these:

Micron Pens range from .005 - .08
Crayola and Prisma colour pencils
Copic Markers and/or Prisma Markers
