In the 80's, there was a cartoon called High School High. The main characters best friend had 4 arms. Recurring supporting character.
In Lilo and Stitch I found it vaguely disappointing that Stitch sucked in two of his arms in order to look cuter, after landing on earth. Sellout! ;>
