THEY ARE RESTRICTED, Hally will NOT draw just anything, need to like the idea and if Hally can think of something to go with it will give it a shot, the commissions are open payment so what you think Hally's art is worth, it IS debatable so if Hally disagrees with the price can outright refuse it, will let you know, reference sheets will NOT go below a certain amount cause they take a lot of work and time! Will likely only take one commission at a time! Otherwise will feel overwhelmed, how it will work is Hally will livestream the art, and finish it in a single sitting, as Hally does with all the arts.

Saying again it is NOT first come first serve, Hally chooses the art! :D
