Achilles' tendon in my right foot is rather swollen & painful; not sure why. Do know it's rather uncomfortable. X<

I've applied some Icy-Hot rather liberally over it but relief hasn't kicked in yet... >3<;;
I'll give it a bit though; these things tend to rectify themselves over a day or so. :P
