Sick for a little longer..?

Turns out I have a Oral Virus, and its also an infection, so I can barley talk, I can breath, but eating is painfull too.
my medication has a Side effect that inflicts pain onto my back, and my bones, and I really does hurt like hell, and I have another type of medication that Burns my tongue when i take it...
So in other words, this Is the sickest I've ever been...
