Don't know, but that sucks!

He posted a journal about some guy who pestered him for a few days calling him something along the lines of an "elitist jackass popufur who is entitled etc etc" or some crap like that which doesn't even make sense since anyway, but yeah. That.

and he left and took everything with him because of one guy???

That's a bit much!

Well he made a point that he felt the people watching him here were ungrateful which IS a little bit of an overstep on my mind since anyone I know who enjoys his artwork has said so before and this is the first I ever heard of anyone treating him badly (The time that the guy threw a fit for Anhes not taking a commission aside) so yeah, it is a bit much but I think maybe he's just stressed out or something, who knows, he'll probably be back. I hope. He had some pretty good art.

He did, was one of my favorite artists, really disheartening to see someone so talented cave in to some asshole who was giving him grief. Only thing we can hope for is that he'll come back and refresh everything back up :c

That is not true. The person in question never even called him an elitist popufur etc. He never even pestered Anhes...

To both you and Nestle_Killa, I'm just posting Anhes reason, I'm not taking a side. I didn't read the person's journal, I don't know who it was, I don't know them, and I don't personally know Anhes himself so please don't jump on my case, since all I said was that he posted a journal with that information in it.

This has happened to another artist I liked and even had contact with. He just decided to quit the fandom and leave for an unstated reason :\. It's starting to get annoying how people just leave so unexpectedly, because it's like they don't even think about their fans :c.

I've heard he may have flocked to a beta profile on Weasyl. But again, that's what I heard. :V

Before you go and start accusing people and everything... I know what had happened.

It was just Anhes having overreaction to a comment that he mistook as sarcasm. The comment that was made by the person in particular was not hurtful in any way, it was just a comment on how one of Anhes' characters were an evil, fire user, even though he said afterwards that there was nothing wrong with it. Even though the comments weren't offensive, Anhes took it as sarcasm and blocked the person. The person made a journal saddend by the fact that he got blocked despite not doing anything wrong and even then he still respects Anhes for being a great artist. The person also said something about elitists artists and such, but it was not directed to Anhes, because it was a simple misunderstanding due to the fact that it must've been a language barrier problem due to English not being Anhes' first language.

Anhes read the journal and mistook the "elitists" part being aimed at him and twisted the persons words around. Then people were trying to explain to Anhes that it was all a misunderstanding and that he was overreacting. But he just blocked people who were trying to reason with him.

Why this had to happen? Oh why? ><
