Woah boy... Never thought I'd pick this up again....but here we are. For those who don't know, I did a journal about Big Red cream soda a WHILE ago. Like, one of the first reviews I have ever done. And needless to say it's still one of those soda's I dislike. Since it is their Diamond Jubilee, their 75th year in business, I'd give it a second chance and with it's SUGAR brewed formula. So let's begin...
SMELL = Like bubble gum still... Mmmmm. Tastey.
TASTE = Still tastes like it as well. Oh man...
VERDICT = It's better than the HFCS version. It's still not for me though. Ya'll like it, good for you. Especially you locals in Waco, TX who kept this soda going for years. I suppose here is to another 75 more...?

here's where we differ. I love the stuff, it's reminiscent of the red cream soda I got from the Stow Kent Aldi back in the 90's and thought I'd never taste it again, then it wasn't until early this year I even HEARD of Big Red soda. DON'TLOOKATMELIKETHATIT'STRUE! so I had an HFCS version and the flavor and memories therein all rushed back to me it was wonderful! Sublime! GODLIKE! But still had that aftertaste, then lo and behold at Walmart that very weekend I found it, in the part of the soda isle I never bother looking it, BIG RED ZERO. the answer to all my cream soda prayers... at the time. NOW YOU TELL ME THERE'S A REAL SUGAR VERSION?! WHEN DID THEY GET PERMISSION FROM GOD TO JUST UP AND TAKE HIS NECTAR LIKE THAT?! whateverfuckitgimmesome..... YOU'RE AN UNGRATEFUL AAAAAASS!!! There's people who would MUUUURDEERRRRR for that and you all but SPIT IT OUT! SHUUUUUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
