I use a program called mPaint 3.31 that is included only on Linux. I don't remember for GIMP\PhotoShop, unfortunately.

No like how they show up on your page, the icon itself is fine but if you look at when I comment as opposed to the shouts on my page the icons are bigger, I think its a site thing, like how your icon is bigger than mine on the site? The icon itself is the same size. but I can't get it to upload.

Well, the max size is 100x100, if your icon is 50x50 then it will look small, if you have a 100x100 icon just upload and use it like any other

Oh okay I see thank you, filesize is kind of a pain though ahhhhh DX I did a really detailed colored animated icon thats why XD
