So... League of Legends

It is currently the Season Two World Championship Tournament for League of Legends. The games are being played in Los Angeles by teams from all over the world. The grand prize is 1,000,000 USD. The games are being streamed lived on the net. And apparently, this stream is taking up 05% of North America's bandwidth.
We're on the last game of the quarter-finals. It's Counter Logic Gaming (from Europe) vs World Elite (from China). The quarter-finals are "Best of Three Games" style. Both teams have won a game each. CLG is winning a long, slow game against World Elite. And now, finally, at the fifty minute mark a climatic moment happens... Then suddenly, the internet hosting the game drops.
