I have replied to tickets like 20 times,
they actually told me they were going to stop
responding to my cries for help.
I feel like I am against the whole world.
I wish they'd just give me my account back..

See this is where I get lost.
I tried calling a bunch, but they always tell me that
"they cannot discuss ban problems".
Is there a specific line I should call to talk to
a real person? I think that would be the best idea.

Well when I first contacted them I said "Help I'm banned for no reason!!" But it was long
cry for help, not just that. xD
But got me no where.

But then I found out they were trying to accuse me of hacking or cheating.
Which means that if it's true, I was definitely hacked.
So I am going to tell them I was hacked over the phone.
I even did a scan of my computer and found trojans. ><
So I have a gut feeling that I was actually hacked.

I think the key you are talking about is the key for your game play month thing you buy, or the key you should have when you purchased WOW, should have had a purchase key on it?

I upgraded it all digitally so it had no disc key or box keys. :(
Also when I went to check my account on the website to see what he was talking about,
it wouldn't allow me access to the information because I was banned.. it's like
I'm being led in circles while someone else is shooting me in the feet.

I brought mine digitally too but there was a key, hun, it would have been in an email you had, so if you never delete your emails might be worth loooking back and see if you can find it, that's the only way if you can't access your information -hugs- stay strong hun, I know its hard and its upsetting and distressing but I hope you will get answers and a solution soon.

Sounds like Blizzard might be having some account issues. I got an email the other day about suspicious activity on my account so it was locked till I change the password. I'm not certain I've ever even logged in with it and I don't even have WoW installed on the computer I am using right now.

Yea the account locking stuff needs to stop too, if someone goes to play at a friends
house they have to change their password, and then change it again when they go home,
which is ridiculous. :( They have kinda gotten off track of what is important.
I've had what happened to you happen to me a LOT lately, before the ban, it's super frustrating.
