Recipe for J-Lube
so people are asking so im writing it down for reference,
How i make 4 Liters [1 gallon] of J-Lube at a time.
what you need:
16 cups distilled water
1 cup j-lube powder
2 cups regular water based lube [used as a preservative]
1/3 cup Everclear [to inhibit bacteria growth]
first sterilize everything your going to use by wiping it with everclear, the pot, spoon, lid, measuring cups, everything. next add water to a large pot, add the j-lube powder slowly while stirring in with a spoon [i use a whisk]. there will be many white lumps of j-lube that doesn't dissolve. that's OK. next. apply heat until the mixture boils. watch it close. it will boil over very quickly. when you get it to a boil. let it slowly boil for 10 minutes. stirring occasionally. it will be quite frothy. remove from heat, and cover. and let cool. [probably 4-6 hours]
once the mixture has cooled to room temperature. add your regular water based lube, and your everclear. mix well. and pour into a sterilized container [i use the distilled water container, as the top of the powdered j-lube bottle fits on it, and makes it nice for squiring a little out without making a mess]
once its in the container. shake the container for about 10 minutes to thoroughly mix the lube and then write "J-LUBE" all over the container, and keep it in the fridge.
it keeps for months.
and when ever you need a bit of lube. just squirt it out and keep the rest in the fridge.

but: it's a bit hard to wash off, and [unless you use my recipe] doesnt keep long without going bad.
heheheheheh toys/fists
one time use.. just add water.
That shit is so strong, I'd be more comfortable using isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol...
i use everclear, because your not supposed to put rubbing alcohol on the 'inside' of your body.
the amount of everclear i use, only make the j-lube 2% ABV [4 proof] you'd have to put about like 3 pints inside you to even feel a buzz.
Although I usually use it un-mixed and sprinkle it on anyway. But still! <3
And i had a bottle last me over a year of constant use with my sprinkle method o3o
when we were using the 'sprinkle' method. a bottle would last just over a month.
First, I've heard that when a large quantity is mixed up and then sits for a long time, the J-lube will start to separate and break down and not want to mix back in to the water. Does this recipe prevent that?
Second, doesn't the distilled water and boiling prevent the necessity of the alcohol for sterility?
And third, doesn't the alcohol make it sting when used *ahem* internally? Other additives I've tried to prevent drying and extend wet time (food-grade propylene glycol, food-grade glycerin) sting like salt water in a cut.
And as a bonus question, considering the quantity you use, what do you do to protect the furniture and surfaces you're on from spillage and soaking-in, and help with cleanup?
2. the water, and the boiling kill all existing bacteria. but it doesnt stop new bacteria from forming later on.
3. the lube is only at 2% ABV [4 proof]. it doesnt sting at all.
bonus: i have one of those fleece wolf blankets i put on the bed. and then a towel under where im playing. and Lav plays on the floor on a towel, we just wash the towels in the regular washer.
<_<
Out of curiosity, what toys do you two own?
Lav'n'der. Size-Queen Butt-Pirates FTW!

It gives it the smoothest lube texture.
or i'd still use it.
BTW, how it looks? Can you add some stuff to make it more like cum lube? (For making cheap creampies)
Also, will work to attach a dispenser pump (previously sterilized) to the container? I think that will make easier to use.
