no more estate managers, no more rentals, no more bad neighbours, no more prohibitive land covenants.
EXL has our own sim group now. the build for our main store is finished.
it's been a long time in the works, and i'm very glad it's finally come to fruition. with a place to call our own, without having to worry about whether or not we'll have to uproot the store and move sims YET AGAIN -- it happened so many times it's become sort of a running joke -- we can get some god damn work done.
