I'm still pretty new to your characters, but I've seen the artwork of a couple of them around before. I'm glad I've finally stumbled on their creator's page! I was pointed here by Lurdanjo.

I'm quite fond of several of them already, but as for who I'd vote for, that would be Cabe.

A. I would want to date Cabe because he seems like a total sweetheart, and pretty adorable in personality and looks as well as handsome. He seems so shy and awkward about his size, and I'd want to make him see how beautiful and impressive he is. I would also want to show him he can be loved for something other than his enormous size, and also that he shouldn't be ashamed or shy about how huge he is!

B. I'd start with a nice dinner at a local restaurant, someplace with plenty of floor space and delicious, filling food. Then, I daresay we'd go catch a movie, perhaps a nice drive-in place where space and close crowds are less of an issue. After that, I'd... well... if he and I hit off, I'd ask if he w-wanted to continue at his place or mine, or if he's worried about space and... collateral damage, find a secluded spot in the countryside, far from prying eyes. Then... I'd sh-show him just how much I find his personality, his body, and his attributes to be appealing and irresistible. I'd reveal to him that n-now only is my character unusually, excessively curvy, big-rumped and busty for a male, but also that my character has the unique ability to adapt to virtually a-any size, no matter how big, given enough time and...persistence. From there, I'm sure Cabe and my character would work out how to continue. :3

C. Rito, my husky fursona, would be with him. The plusher, curvier version of him. >//>
