I'm still glad to own my copy and sad that I never got a chance to try the multiplayer before the shut-down.
Game was ahead of its time and quite frankly why there isn't a sequel now just baffles me to no end.
Sega chugging out too many crappy, sequel-crunching Sonic games than putting effort into something worthwhile.
My only complaint for the game was the shitty, short length of the campaign. It could have been longer and it was rather annoying that I could not obtain more parts that were shown and stuck with pretty basic gear until you found a nice medium.

Overall, great game. Just needed a larger fanbase.

I whole heartedly agree, it was so sad to see it go down, it was loved by alot of people. While it wasn't as popular as the Mech Warrior series, it was still popular enough to warrant a sequal. Sadly From Software, the developers dont seem to keen on making another one from what I have looked up. Sega only published the game, but given the recent success of MechWarrior Online and Mech Warrior Tactics coming out soon, perhaps From Software would be willing to reconsider and potentially give us a new Chromehounds on PC or on the Consoles.
