Character use conditions
All my characters are my intellectual property. By drawing or creating other works involving them, you accept that you are granted a derivative use right limited as follows:
You grant me the right to repost any art containing my characters into my galleries at my discretion. I will provide linkbacks whenever reasonable. If you draw me in a bigger pic/collage and prefer me to repost a crop/cutout instead of the whole pic, let me know.
All my characters have critical details and use rules listed in their reference folders and on references. If any of these are drawn incorrectly or omitted, you agree to promptly and within a reasonable time frame fix them within the scope of original work terms and conditions at your own expense and NOT have any unfixed copies published once you are notified of such a mistake. If you think you are unable to do so, the remedy can be negotiated.
Any details specifically discussed for a particular work or works override the abovementioned requirement (usually, in case of an illustration related to a different point in time when some of those were different).
Any alterations to my characters which are due to style (cosplay, a particular game/movie/book/period etc stylization, or whatever other reason) are allowed only with my explicit permission.
I will never require altering of any works to conform to changes in characters occurring post-factum to those works completion, nor if those changes happen at progress stage where it will be unreasonable (generally, not unless you take forever to complete).
I have a right to demand removal of any work using my characters without authorization or if it violates the above conditions.
If you have issues with any of the above, talk to me. I am reasonable.
