Health Journal : The Beginning

I will not bow
I will not break
I will shut the world away
I will not fall
I will not fade
I will take your breath away
So I started this journey before I even realized it and I wish I'd started keeping track before now. I'll give a brief synopsis of what's going on before I get into things. About 4 months ago I was hired, temporarily, with a group of folks to work at the University of Kentucky's Clinic. I had to pay for parking, which sucked, and the walk to the actual office was about a half of a block to a block long. I was also hired on in June, one of the hottest months. And for the longest time, did not bring my little fan to work to help balance the temperature in the hot ass basement where we worked. So for a while I would sweat my ass off. It was hot, I wore 2 shirts and pants and a belt, and had nothing to cool me off. There were times I would go to the bathroom, lock myself in the handicapped stall, and take my shirts off and let them sit for about ten minutes to dry off a little.
I should add I was also 315 lbs, aka FAT. ( Still fat just losing it)
So time progresses, I drink lots of water and still manage to drink sodas daily, and I eat less without even really realizing it. And before I realized it, I weighed myself randomly one day cause my leg muscles have turned to stone, and lo and behold, I'm 279 lbs. I was freakin SHOCKED because I didn't feel any different and didn't notice any weight loss. Long story short, I weighed myself about 15 minutes ago, been unemployed for about 3 weeks or so, and I am now 259 lbs. That means in about 4 months I lost 56 lbs and did NOT realize it.
So today marks a day I'm going to start keeping journals on FA for folks that would like to track my progress and maybe see what I'm doing to lose weight. If it manages to help some folks lose weight too then super kudos I've done something to help the world! I can die happy. If not, then I'll be thinner and healthier one day and super kudos I can mark it off my bucket list and can die happy. Either way, I'm dying happy apparently. So I'll keep track of what I eat and drink as best I can, and lay down what I do for exercise and maybe put in some filler like when an unemployed poor fuck wakes up and goes to bed, and what he does for the hours he's not eating, sleeping, working out, or fapping ( hurr hurr, still single. D: ) if folks want to know the intimate details of my extremely boring life. @_@
TL:DR - I'm losing weight, gonna keep journals about what I eat and do, if you lose weight doing what I do then fuck yeah I'm super excited happy.
Next journal will have today's info on it. And I may edit them as time goes by if I add in more exercise or eating or something. Check back often! Wish me luck! :D
