Health Journal : Day 2

I will not bow
I will not break
I will shut the world away
I will not fall
I will not fade
I will take your breath away So I woke up this afternoon around 2:28 pm I think. Let's get started with this!
Starting off with foodstuffs.
20 Pizza Rolls. And that's the last of them. Goodbye delicious treats, hello 716.3 calories.
2 McDoubles with no onions. Should've looked at the calories of these on the drive-thru board.
Small chocolate dipped strawberry blizzard. Ugh... this is an embarrassingly weak day for me.
1 Chicken ramen. Didn't look at the calories like a retard. This is going to be a hard habit to start.
1 peanut butter and jelly sandwich. This is kinda allowed, right?
All in all, not a good day for me.
And now exercise.
Nothing. I'm ashamed. Seriously. My fire's not burnt out I just didn't do anything. Literally. I played Borderlands 2 and listened to music all day. And did job hunting.
And, of course, this is just the start of the day, I usually tend to do my exercises later, but I'm thinking I might do my biking earlier and then maybe some Just Dance 3 before I go to bed. To ensure maximum exhaustion and soreness.
Eotd Note: So today was my fat day. It was my lazy, fat day. I could've abused it further, but that doesn't save me since I abused it plenty already. This won't happen again. I know I can't 'make up' lost exercise time so I'm not going to double up tomorrow on my work out. Instead, I'm going to do my miles in the morning to help me wake up, and my wild flailing and gasping (maybe bottomless... laaaaaadies...) later on in the night. It was a mistake, but I will learn from it. It's ok to take days off of working out, but not to stuff my face at the same time.

But you're certainly right, I'm just making excuses. I'll bring my alarm clock down here tomorrow to ensure I don't keep sleeping in till 4 in the friggen afternoon. >:C
