If ya need to relax then search this in youtube, watch/listen, even if the video your looking at seems weird or freaky just go with it.
You should feel "pleasurable" tingles around your head and/or chills down the spine.
Believe it or not some of the videos really do relax me. They've helped with my stress and headache for sometime now.

Pretty much all of this persons videos have "triggered" me ^^;
Might be because I'm buzzing on energy drink right now.
Also I find it a slight bit weird.
