BR:Ideias, Ideias e Ideias, é o que tenho para artes, o unico problema é não conseguir por em pratica, fica ruim me expressar com essa dificuldade, tenho vergonha de pedir ajuda pois penso que irei atrapalhar outros artistas.
EN:Ideas, ideas and ideas, is what I have to gear, the only problem is you can not put into practice, is bad with this difficulty expressing myself, I am ashamed to ask for help because I think that will disrupt other artists.

EN:I'll be honest, I'm a systems programmer, but I would like to create art that you do, and the most that could only make lines, comparing with other artists post, mine is a TRASH (very bad). What I really wanted is to spend one of my ideas to someone, and put into practice for me, I would be very grateful, but I think no one will do that.
Then take a look at the books of Loomis - http://alexhays.com/loomis/ - the copyright expired and they're free to grab.
Take a basic foundation for bodies from Hogarth, but don't stick too closely to his muscle anatomy. It's a bit weird at times. However it is the book that I started with :D
Loomis is great for general frameworks of things. Also excellent for heads - furry species heads also profit from his methods.
If you want to take a look at really awesome anatomy, find books by George B. Bridgman. He's THE BEST @N@
You can draw art like me or others. But it is vital that you have an understanding of anatomy and how to put it in use. Those artists I listed here are a great start, maybe a bit complex at times, but you'll adapt and learn :P
