I will take your breath away Or maybe this is day 5. I've already lost track. Jesus. One thing's for sure though, I desperately need to get a schedule together, a goal, and a routine. Cause I'm flip flopping all OVER the fuckin place. @__@

Cheesy Fiesta Potato from Taco Bell too.
And a large raspberry tea.
Also had to deal with taking my mom to the hospital so, should probably watch that I don't get on the bike and forget I'm on it and zone out and wind up pedaling enough to take me across the US. Or... maybe I should.
15 miles on 2 resistances. Trying to find some music to listen to. Gangnam style, Pendulum, what else is good music to sex up my ears while I work out my legs?
7 miles on resistance 3.
8 miles on resistance 5.
I burned 336.4 calories.
EotD Note : Lesson for the day... break your biking sessions up. An hour sitting on that unforgiving seat makes me REALLY sore in the ass region. Ha. Gaaaaaaay. But seriously... gonna be breaking it up definitely. Also, Zombieland is GREAT exercising entertainment.

I went from Thursday to Sunday without eating at all. Not for diet reasons, just didn't get time. I also did about 9 hours on the bike.
