The sad part was how this weekend had really been coming together so well for me. Lucca's getting better every day, Mom has settled into her new routine, we seem to be just about over the hump as far as finances go, and dare I say it, I was even getting reacquainted with my cubby side just a little.

Then my big brother had to go and find something to totally ruin his day.

One thing you have to understand is how one of Sesame's main roles around here is that of Morale Officer. This little family unit we have going totally would not work without him. When he's down we're all down.

The silence around the house is just awful, and there don't seem to be enough noise sources to turn on to break it.

Tomorrow is another day and right now we're all hoping just to make it there and find something worth celebrating.
