Health Journal : Day 5

Good morning/afternoon/evening/wtfareyoudoingstillawake FA! I managed to whip myself back into a normal, err, semi-normal sleeping schedule which means I was awake by 10:00 am. Unfortunately I rolled around and drifted in and out of consciousness for about another 2 hours afterwards. So... still 4 hours earlier getting up than usual but gotta work on the actual "getting up" part of getting up.
Anyway, couple of things to address here.
1. I'm actually really starting to enjoy the Health Journals I'm doing. It keeps me active on FA rather than just lurking to porn or the rare drawing that catches my eye that doesn't involve big boobs and wangs and money shots and what not. It also lets me keep track of the things I've done. It also lets you guys, those of you who're watching and responding, keep track of me as well. I'm happy about that. Means if I drop off, hopefully one of you is going to hunt me down and nut-punch me for it.
2. I shaved! Ah it feels so good not to have a throat beard again. Itchy prickly stuff. Blech.
3. I'm going to start a little mini-project to try and get myself back into the swing of writing, and maybe... MAYBE include some doodle drawings while I'm doing it. I loosely call it the "Journal of the Dead" project. I say loosely in that if I'm infringing on a copyright I can change it without being sued, or threatened to be sued. They'll go into my submissions section, maybe scraps, we'll see. It's going to follow a man before an outbreak and after an outbreak, and may include doodles of scenery or poorly drawn zombie faces or the random doodles of a person who's slowly losing their grip on reality. We'll see on that last part. I might be willing to humble myself by revealing my weight but... my art skills? I dunno... they suck pretty damned badly. Would anyone WANT to see that?
And now for the healthy stuff, starting with food!
Some roast, carrots, and potatoes.
And all the hot, sweaty stuff. Murr purr durr burr...
30 arm curls with a 15 lbs weight on each arm.
30 behind-the-head lifts.
EotD Note: Not much to say here. Tried to do a different kind of exercise, it sorta worked but I think I need to up the ante. Maybe to something like, 100 curls and buy some heavier weights... once I find a rich dick to suck. Apparently that's the key to earning a good wage.
That aside, I've been working on and off on Journal of the Dead Day One today. I'm hoping it won't disappoint. Also need some ideas on what to doodle with it first.

I will! I weighed myself again out of curiosity today. I won't record it on the journals until 2 weeks has gone by so, Day... 14 is when I'll reveal how much weight I've lost or gained since I started this up. Here's to one day being thin enough that I can gain back some damned confidence!
