I wanted to share some info about these little dudes! (Well as much as I have right now.)

First, as previously stated: They're a thing I made up. They're based off a fluffy monster thing I made 2 years ago (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/9090091/) mixed with a concept I had to make a glider that has feathers instead of webbing!

The feather "Webbing" idea just came from the fact that I love merging flying appendages together that never naturally occur together in real life. I like putting "glider wings" (like these: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8186647/ ) on things all the time and I wanted to mess with that and see what another version would look like!

Their BIG CLAWS are inspired by sloths because I love sloth claws! They're a lot more blunt and thick though like a kangaroo's foot claw or an emu or cassowary. (Because I love the whole claw/finger look.)

The little thumb claw is based off of red pandas. X3 (Fluffy paws!)

Those big fluffy ears are obviously taken from a Greater Glider as well as the gliding concept!

They have sort of heavy canadian Lynx shaped arms and legs. Which is also why they have shortened tails.

Their tails are huge and fluffy and also short because I just never see that mix enough (that's what Plugra's tail looks like too which is a combination of red panda and caracal.)

And last, their heads, they're based off what bird skulls look like to me. Specifically ones like finch or sparrow skulls:

The beak just becomes a part of their face in skull form and it looks so neat and somehow cute? haha. That's why they have high cheek bones and lighter faces on most of the designs!

-Poink: I absolutely love orange and blue together and tend to use that combo a lot. It especially looks nice and bold when mixed with black and white. He kind of came out looking like a traffic cone or something and I also think I was subconsciously thinking about portal or something there.
-Creeps: These are basically the original colors from the first older design. I did simple black and white to make that "skull" look pop out more. I love orange when it's mixed with black, it really pops, so I went with orange skin.
-Eckie: This guy is totally based off of a mix of Toucan markings and colors!! haha. I love toucans and they have crazy beakfaces even with feathers.
-Alpha: This guy is based off of Peacock markings and colors, but simplified more to be more "drawable" :D

-Totem: I love red and the bold lines and markings reminded me of Alaskan Native Art.
-Slush: I really just wanted to make a purple and gray one! XD it's not really based off anything specific? For some reason it reminded me of snow though.
-Kolato: This one is based off red panda and ferret markings mixed with coffee and chocolate like colors.
-Radio: I love Sun Conures so I HAD to do a sun conure colorized one!

Okay now a bit of silly made up stuff about them!

PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
They're supposed to be roughly "larger" domestic cat sized. On average they are 5 to 15 lbs (light for their size because they glide! but it can vary, just like any animal), 25 to 30 in in length, and a shoulder height of 10 to 15 in. Males are larger than females.

BEHAVIOR:
I imagine they make weird rodent/bird noises Sort of like squirrels but lower. They would also sing silly songs to each other. They can live in a variety of climates (which explains the fact that they can be pretty much any color) and are comfortable in both extremes. They have thick fur for the cold and large ears for cooling in the heat. They flock together in groups and are social animals. They groom each other as a social behavior and use their fat tails to hit the ground as another form of communication. They love climbing trees and are often seen hanging out in trees squawking and squeaking at each other. They also enjoy swimming and will hunt small fish from trees above ponds and lakes.

DIET:
They are omnivores! They eat bugs, fish, small rodents, fruits, nuts, and vegetables. Some even snack on leaves and bark.
