Health Journal : Day 7

I will not bow
I will not break
I will shut the world away
I will not fall
I will not fade
I will take your breath away
Wow, it's been a whole week now and I haven't missed a day. I'm... actually impressed with myself. 7 days is longer than I usually keep to a project knowingly. Well, I've made it a week, so in 7 more days I'll give my official weight again and we'll see if I'm still losing pounds.
And now for the noms.
A plate of chicken alfredo. Homemade. GOT to start keep tracking of calories here.
A friend of mine,
brought up a good point. I think starting on Day 8 I'll also keep track of what time I eat these things so that folks don't think I binge in one sitting and eat everything I write down then starve myself the rest of the day. Also might start thinking about snacks to have to help with caloric intake without jeopardizing what I'm losing. Until I start to show any health failings I want to stay the course I'm on.
Yanno maybe one day I'll give myself a jolt of humility and hop on the Kinect when I work out and anyone wanting to chat with me or mock me or laugh at my stupidity can do so. I'm running out of movies to watch while I ride my bike. @__@

Just make sure your in-between-meal snacks are healthy, no junky shit >:F I myself have an apple before dinner and some yogurt after dinner. It's the kind that comes with crushed up oreas, so it's like oreo-cookie ice cream :9 I pretend it's dessert, but it's healthyyy. Wheat Thins are also delicious.
