So, here's a question for you about character development:
Do you prefer to tell readers what the VP character can do at the beginning, or do you like to let the abilities leak out as the story progresses? The former can put a reader to sleep with a data dump, but the latter can feel like an ass pull if you aren't careful. I've got a background, a VP character, and a plot... I'm just trying to figure out how to explain what the VP character can do without making him sound like an ass-pull, then a nerf-bat to avoid making him sound like a Gary Stue...
